- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Manage billing opens the Stripe portal where you can cancel, switch plans, or update payment. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
- What happens on the Free plan when I hit a limit?
- You'll be prompted to upgrade to Traveler for unlimited trips and messages. Nothing you've saved is deleted.
- How is billing handled?
- Payments run through Stripe. Cards are processed securely — TripTogether never touches your card details. Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where it applies.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Reach out and we'll make it right. In most cases we'll refund the current period if you cancel within 14 days.
- Is there a team plan?
- Traveler includes real-time collaboration on trips — invite as many friends as you want. Dedicated team seats are on the roadmap.
